ExCel after Exile

Yes, I am finally back from my long, self-planned exile. My 3 weeks in Nigeria were very very exhausting, but at the same time motivating and fulfilling. I have returned with my sack full of experiences, stories and not to forget business strategies to share.

However, lets put first things first. I came across an Entrepreneural Exhibition holding in London. If you haven't heard about it, it's run by the Business Startup Live! people. It's also absolutely free, so I guess that question has been answered (for those with tight budgets). It holds on the 27th and 28th of April 2007, at the exCel centre in East London. If you're driving (especially from East London), it's not in a london congestion charging zone so that's £8.00 saved :-) For directions, you can visit www.streetmap.co.uk, put in the postcode - E16 1XL, and print off the directions. If you're taking a train, the DLR train headed for Beckton stops at ExCel. You could click here to find your exact route there by entering your location and destination information.

I would have loved to go on Friday, but alas! I have coursework to submit by then (which I can guarantee that I wouldn't have finished by Friday morning). From the free tickets and programme brochure I was sent, some speakers i've asterisked are : Stelios Iannou (EasyJet guy), Rachael Elnaugh, Jonathan Jay, Sarah Goodwin & Howard Graham (speaking on how to use the internet to your advantage).

I got my free tickets (plus 2 spares, just incase anyone's interested!) from Bstartup . There's lots more information there, I can't wait to go and add some more points on the business trolley on Saturday!
